Donald Trump and his White House are accused in the bombshell whistle-blower complaint published Thursday of abusing his power to force Ukraine's president to investigate Joe Biden - then running a cover-up using a highly-classified computer system to 'lock down' the call.
The House Intelligence Committee Thursday published the bombshell complaint at the center of the growing scandal facing Trump over his dealings with Ukraine.

WNU Editor: First things first. This House hearing with Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire is incredibly boring. Besides learning that the whistle-blower is a "he", the only interesting part was the opening statement by Chairman Adam Schiff .... a statement that if anyone bothered to read the transcript of the conversation between President Trump and President Volodymyr Zelenskiy would know that half of what the Chairman was saying was made up. Chairman Adam Schiff did admit later on that some of his remarks were a parody, but he is convincing no one. When you have to make stuff up, you have already lost your case. As for the whistle blower's complaint .... sighhh .... I feel like I am experiencing deja-vu again. This is the same playbook that was used to promote the Christopher Steele dossier. Anonymous sources getting information from second or third sources. Media allies pushing it as fact. The politicians demanding an investigation. The only difference now is that the White House has become very good at responding quickly to these allegations. Their quick declassification of this whistle-blower complaint is a case in point. When I read yesterday's telephone transcript, today's whistle-blower complaint, and the letter from the intelligence inspector general, I realized the following. Nothing improper or illegal was done. No violation of a statute. To put it bluntly. No evidence or substance to any of this. Just hearsay and anonymous sources and a media that feeds on it. A media .... if anyone keeps track ....is too often proven wrong later on. All that I can say is .... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice .... shame on me. My prediction. This is going to be a monthly thing. One scandal after another, but no evidence or proof of one. So be prepared for more from now to the election.
