WNU Editor: My family and friends in Russia are telling me that cold records have been the norm throughout Russia since September .... Siberia Suffers First Snows of the Season (far earlier than usual) + more All-Time Record Cold (Electroverse). As for where I live in Canada .... It's so cold in some parts of Canada that records were broken this weekend (CTV), and the economic costs are climbing ....
