My Take On Tonight's Presidential Debate

WNU Editor: Moderator Kristen Welker could have done a better job. At the beginning she was interrupting President Trump too much, but after 30 minutes she pulled back and did OK. President Trump is far better in this debate than the first one, even with Welker's constant interruptions. He had problems talking about his taxes and explaining Hunter Biden's laptop. But his remarks on crime, black incarceration, race relations, immigration, etc. .... Trump needed to give Republican-leaning holdouts an excuse to vote for him, and he did that tonight.

Like President Trump in the first debate, former Vice-President Biden showed the "ugly" side of his character in this debate. Especially when his son's laptop and his history on passing crime bills that incarcerated many minorities was mentioned. His promise to transition from oil was an eye-opener. This is what happens when you are not use to being challenged. He has also been rambling too much in his 2 minute segments. But I predict his supporters will be happy with his performance.

The big moment in this debate was when Joe Biden promised to phase out the oil industry, and repeated that again when the moderator asked him why would he do that. Wow! Joe Biden just lost Pennsylvania and who knows what else.
