11 US Army Soldiers Injured, 2 Critically, After Ingesting An Unknown Substance During Fort Bliss Training
Fort Bliss officials said that 11 soldiers were injured, including two in critical condition, after ingesting an unknown substance Thursday during a field training exercise.
The soldiers are under medical care and an investigation is underway, the U.S. Army post said.
“All 11 Soldiers involved in the incident remain under medical care at William Beaumont Army Medical Center since arriving in the early afternoon of Jan. 28.
Two Soldiers remain in critical status," according to news release Friday morning by 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss Public Affairs.
