President Biden Holds A Press Conference (Live At 16:00 EST)

16:36 EST: President Biden believes Russian President Putin will go into Ukraine.

16:33 EST: Just stated that a Russian invasion of Ukraine will result in Russia being banned from the international banking system in using dollars. I can only presume being banned from SWIFT.

16:26 EST: Is again alleging voter fraud will occur if his voting bill is not passed. 

16:25 EST: Is again selecting reporters from a prepared list.

16:23 EST: Is again alleging that if his voting law is not passed future elections may be illegitimate.  

16:22 EST: He is 22 minutes in this press conference and he is still rambling all over the place in answering his first question.
