New York Court Releases 'Statement Of Fact' On Former President Trump's Indictment

A prediction. Expect a lot of motions from Trump's defense team in the coming months. 

And as to when will this go to trial. Your guess is as good as mine, but I can see this case will eventually go to trial, and in a district that voted massively against the former President in both 2016 and 2020. 

Yeah .... it is going to be a problem to find an impartial jury.
